30 cents per day, or $10 per month, will help prevent local families from becoming homeless. Prevention costs our community four times less than shelter and the social savings are as equally significant. Homeless children when compared to "housed" children are:

By joining the Change for Change Campaign however we can save money and keep children in their own home, school, and neighborhood.  Homelessness and trauma inducing and we encourage you to help us respond to homelessness through the proactive solution which is prevention and not the reactive solution which is shelter.

HATAS at Home

HATAS at Home takes place on the third Thursday of every month at 138 Central Ave Albany 12206.  To sign up or for more information please contact info@hatas.org or call 518.463.2124 Ext. 229.  This is a monthly munch and learn where we talk about HATAS, the concerns we address, and those whom we serve all while we munch on breakfast goodies.

HATAS on the Road

Can’t come to Hatas at Home?  We can come to your staff meeting, work team gathering or any other location. Our “On the Road” program can be short and sweet or tailored to the time you have available.

Our faith communities are vital to our work and we would love to come and speak with your group about HATAS, those whom we serve, and how you can be connected to our work.
